2024 started with a deep dive in my shadows and old patterns. A lot of emotional work and i am freaking proud of myself. Learning to communicate clearly. To create safety. For myself and the people around me. Never felt so safe in my own body. Today Is about discipline and selfcare. Strengthen that vessel. Boom baby

What a ride

It feels vulnerable to share this. Not because of

It feels vulnerable to share this. Not because of the content. I am proud that I am in touch with my emotions now. That I know how to access them and release what’s bottled up.

It feels vulnerable because I filmed myself during the process. There is fear of being judged.

But hey I do it anyway.

We are not anxious, we are under expressed. Let’s fuckin move our bodies and emotions.

I asked a friend how I can create more safety for my daughter to share her emotions with me. By being a role model she replied.

That hit the bullseye. I hold space for her, lead her, ask how she feels. But rarely I show her my emotions. That’s my new commitment🔥

And getting a haircut 😎
